At ANSS CUET, all our services are delivered digitally. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how access details, confirmations, and receipts are provided to students after successful registration for CUET UG & PG mock tests and test series.

1. Digital Service Delivery

ANSS CUET does not ship any physical products. All services, including mock tests, test series, performance reports, and account access, are delivered online through the ANSS CUET platform.

2. Registration Confirmation and Receipt

After successful registration and payment, the following steps take place:

  • A digital receipt is sent immediately to the student’s registered email ID used at the time of registration.
  • A pre-confirmation message is sent to the student’s registered WhatsApp number to acknowledge the request and payment.

3. Account Activation Timeline

  • The student’s account is typically activated within 24 hours of successful registration.
  • Once activated, students gain full access to their selected plan (UG or PG), including all available mock tests and test series.

4. Login Credentials

  • The registered 10-digit mobile number provided at the time of registration is used as the default and fixed password for login.
  • Currently, there is no option available to change the password on the platform.
  • Students are advised to keep their registered mobile number confidential to maintain account security.

5. WhatsApp Communication

To ensure clear and timely communication, ANSS CUET provides:

  • A pre-confirmation message on WhatsApp after registration
  • A final confirmation message once the student’s account is successfully activated

These messages help students stay informed about the status of their registration and account access.

6. Delays or Issues in Delivery

In rare cases where there is a delay in email or WhatsApp delivery due to technical or network issues:

  • Students are encouraged to check their spam or junk email folder
  • They may contact ANSS CUET support through the official communication channels for assistance

7. Policy Updates

ANSS CUET reserves the right to update this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
